THE countdown is under way for the opening of the new Italian restaurant San Lorenzo in Warrington town centre.
And we have two more highly sought after places to give away for the restaurant's VIP evening.
The eaterie, in Palmyra Square, is set to open to the public in April - and you could be among the first diners.
THEN: The former treasury building
We have teamed up with San Lorenzo to invite a lucky Warrington Guardian reader to a behind the scenes chefs cook-off and tasting evening.
You and a guest will be able to try dishes from the new rustic Italian menu, along with wine, Prosecco and cocktails that have been selected for the extensive drinks menu.
Dishes on the new San Lorenzo menu include a variety of pasta options such as short rib ravioli, crab linguine and a signature carbonara, while steak lovers will not be disappointed with the choice of prime speciality cuts such as a 24oz tomahawk and a prime 10oz delmonico.
For a chance to win a behind the scenes evening, email your name, address and phone number, along with the name of the person you would bring with you and why, to competition@nqnw.co.uk.
NOW: San Lorenzo is set to open in April
Entries close at 5pm on Monday, March 19, and for another chance to win make sure you are following us on Facebook.
Congratulations to last week's winners - Julie Dimeloe from Whittle Hall and Kirsty Aspinall from Great Sankey.
