Road closures in town centre as community comes together to say goodbye to Nell
ROADS in the town centre will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, June 22, as the funeral of Holmes Chapel schoolgirl Nell Jones takes place in Middlewich.
Nell, 14, was one of 22 victims of the attack at Manchester Arena in May.
With friends and family gathering to say goodbye to Nell at St Michael and All Angels Church at noon, Hightown and Queen Street will be subject to closures between 11.30am and 1.30pm.
Hightown will be closed from Tesco Express to the junction with Lewin Street and Leadsmith Street.
Queen Street will be closed past the Kings Arms pub.
