KING Street will be closed for five days in February to allow Cheshire East Council highways teams to renew road markings.
The road will be closed between the junctions with Holmes Chapel Road and Centurion Way from 9.30am to 3.30pm, between Monday, February 13 and Friday, February 17.
A notice reads: "Pedestrian access to any premises situated within the temporary closure will be maintained at all times.
"Vehicular access will be maintained for emergency vehicles and residents where possible.
"The closure is necessary to enable Cheshire East Council Highways to carry out [the renewal of] road marking."
