A CONSULTATION on transport across Middlewich begins on Monday, August 15, with Cheshire East Council confirming timings for three public events.
Cheshire East Council will head up the month-long event, offering residents the chance to have their say on the bypass, railway station, bus services, walking and cycling routes and road safety concerns.
Three public events will take place at St Mary’s Church Parish Hall on August 25 between midday and 8pm, September 3 between 10am and 5pm, and September 13 between midday and 8pm.
The start coincides with recent news that Middlewich’s eastern bypass has been selected to receive funding for plans, at what council leader Cllr Rachel Bailey said was an “opportune moment” to get the views of residents.
You can view exhibition materials in Middlewich Library from Monday until September 16, or view them online at cheshireeast.gov.uk/middlewichtransport.
