A MIDDLEWICH man has been sentenced to 200 hours of unpaid work for possession of a knife and cannabis.
Luke James Spencer, 20, of Princess Crescent, was arrested on May 4 on the canal towpath in possession of a locking knife and a quantity of the class B drug.
He was sentenced at Crewe Magistrates Court on June 15, and was ordered to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 in costs.
