UNITED Reformed Church in Middlewich is marking the season of advent by putting on a Nativity Scene Exhibition.
The exhibition which will take place at the church on Queen Street on Saturday, December 6 from 10am to 4pm and Sunday, December 7, from 12noon to 4pm.
Stable scenes and nativity figures will be on show all around the church and refreshments of tea, coffee, and homemade cakes will be served in the church throughout the exhibition.
There will be no admission charge but there will be a basket for donations for the work of the NSPCC.
The church has been a strong supporter of the NSPCC for many years especially in the run up to Christmas and will also be holding their annual toy service on Sunday, December 14.
All the toys and gifts contributed by the congregation will be passed on to the NSPCC for distribution to children and young people in the area within their care.
