MIDDLEWICH residents have been invited to go along and take part in the annual Warmingham Wakes event.
The day takes place at Church House Farm on Saturday, May 3, in aid of St Leonards Church, Warmingham.
The event, which raised more than £8,000 last year, will involve a crowning of the Wakes Queen, a dog show and a duck race.
There will also be a variety of stalls and afternoon tea as well as face painting, bouncy castle and a wood carving session.
Entrance fee is £1 for adults and 50p for children.
