PEOPLE who like to get fit and exercise can do both at the same time on Thursdays or Fridays from 7pm-8pm at Middlewich High School.
 

Dancercise is a dance-based fitness programme for cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, coordination, posture and muscle strength to the latest chart music and Latin beat.
 

Each class begins with a warm up, including jazz isolations, and a 40-minute dance/aerobic segment, which challenges coordination skills.
