TEAMS representing Cheshire Stars faced each other in a derby encounter when the Everybody Netball League campaign resumed last week.
And Stars T were 38-15 victors against Stars S, recording with it a first Premier Division success of the season.
Meanwhile Stars A continued a stunning start in the Championship Division when they extended a winning sequence to four matches.
The Middlewich-based side prevailed 33-22 in a hotly-contested encounter with Ice Maidens, during which Jenny Lea's strong mid-court presence and reliability in defence earned for her the player of the match nomination.
Stars R have triumphed in each of their three fixtures in Division One following a 35-17 victory against Panthers.
Diane Gentle was their best performer on the night.
