TOP stand-up is heading to Colwyn Bay once again.

Stand-up at the Seaside, Colwyn Bay’s monthly comedy venue, upstairs at The Station, welcomes one of the UK circuit’s fastest rising stars, Geoff Norcott, to top of its bill this month.

Norcott, who has a string of TV credits to his name,, will no doubt be known to viewers of ‘Live at the Apollo’ and ‘Mock the Week’, while his regular cameo performances on the ‘Mash Report’ and his verbal jousting with host Nish Kumar, have become legendary.

While the Londoner claims to be one of the few Conservative Party-voting comedians on the circuit, he’s most at home when pun-slinging into both sides of the political divide indiscriminately, skewering perceived hypocrisies with hilarious topical gags aimed squarely at the inherently daft and buffoonish.

Support comes from Anthony J Brown and Howard Walker with Colwyn Bay MC Dave Rothnie returning once again as compere as well as hosting the audience joke competition.

This is a must for those with a well-developed taste for top-class stand-up, effortlessly delivered as well as anyone simply looking for a good, deep belly laugh or two.

Join the comedians for another side-splitting instalment of Stand-up at the Seaside on Saturday, October 27 at 8pm.

Tickets are £12.50, to book and reserve tables for parties of four of more, contact Mr Rothnie via dcrothnie@gmail.com, or by calling the venue on 01492 532818.
