THERE have been great times at Warrington Wolves over the past decade.

Three Challenge Cup wins, two league leader’s shields, three Grand Final appearances.

Matches and atmospheres I could only dream about for a generation.

But watching the Wire over the past few weeks has made me realise there is only one option now, it is time for a change and time for Tony Smith and his coaching team to stand down.

There is no bite in defence, no flair in attack.

No speed, no skill. We see the same errors every week.

And worse of all, this year has been so boring. Even when we win a game, it is turgid.

The crowd given for the Catalans game was more than 9,000. Well lots of season ticket holders must have stayed at home.

And how many will show up for the Middle Eight games? 4,000 maybe?

And there is a real risk that we may go down. Unthinkable maybe, but this team looks like it will struggle to beat anyone at the moment.

Change it now please before it becomes too late.
