MIDDLEWICH Town must replace their leading scorer for the second time this season.
Hot shot Dave Tasker switched to neighbours Winsford United this week, leaving manager Terry Murphy without a goal-getter to fire the Witches to the title.
“It’s a huge blow,” he admitted.
“We’ve lost Mike Brandon [to Alsager] and now Tasker this year and there aren’t too many forwards of their ability knocking around right now.”
