Cheshire Stars T continue to climb the table in the South Cheshire Premier Netball League's top-flight following a 30-17 victory against Ladyhawks in their latest match on Wednesday
NEWCOMER Alex Cooper impressed on her debut for Cheshire Stars T when they recorded another victory in the South Cheshire Premier League's top-flight last week.
A 30-17 success against Ladyhawks is their second in the Premier Division during a new season for the Middlewich team.
Stars A almost pulled off a dramatic recovery when they met NVG Swifts in the Championship Division, falling short in a 28-24 defeat.
Goal-attack Megan Huxley was their best player on the night, while Alison Parry filled in as goalkeeper.
Stars S stayed in touch with the early leaders in the same section when they edged out Harlequins.
A perfect final quarter was the key to their 32-24 victory, inspired by in-form goal-shooter Ange Kandeh.
