NETBALLERS from Middlewich have secured promotion to the South Cheshire Premier League's top flight after reaching the end of the current campaign without losing once.
A slender 29-27 success against Dragonflies was an eighth in nine Championship Division fixtures for Cheshire Stars T - with the other ending in a draw - and secured first place in the final standings.
Their reward is a place in the Premiership next season.
It has been a successful term too for Stars S, who are promoted from Division One as runners-up behind Funk.
They won six of seven matches in the third tier.
However clubmates Stars R drop down a level after finishing bottom of the pile.
Stars Pink are waiting to discover if they will contest the play-offs in the same section.
