OPENING hours have been extended at Middlewich library.
The Lewin Street library is now opening on Monday morning and there is a late night opening on Thursdays until 7pm.
New hours of opening are 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, 9.30am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm on Thursday and 9.30am to 1pm on Saturday.
Clr David Brown, cabinet member for performance and capacity, said: “We want to make sure our libraries are accessible to everyone.
“I am hopeful these new opening hours will be to the satisfaction of our many library users.”
Between June 17 and 25, Middlewich library is also hosting a book sale.
