A WINSFORD man has been fined £134 for driving without insurance.
Jason Young, 37, of Rosewood Drive, pleaded guilty to the charge when he appeared at Vale Royal Magistrates’ Court on November 27.
Young said he genuinely believed the vehicle was insured.
He also had to pay a £15 victim surcharge and £43 court costs.
