A COUNTRY dance club in Middlewich has enjoyed a successful first year and has pledged to be back for more after a summer break.
Starting with a few friends last September, Kindred Spirits Folk Dance Club has grown over its inaugural year, welcoming many people through its doors, eager to learn English country dancing.
Bernie Culkin, dance leader, said: “We are so grateful to have developed a loyal number of dancers who have supported us during our first year in Middlewich.
“The great thing about English country dancing is that each week is independent of the last so you can join at any time.”
The club is now on its summer break but will start again on September 10, and continue each second and fourth Monday of each month at Victoria Hall, in Civic Way, Middlewich, from 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
