PLANS have been submitted to Cheshire East Council to convert a building formerly used for offices into a home.
The application regards a building in The Lindens in Chester Road.
The application form states: “The property has been used as offices, I would like to change it back into its original use which was a house.”
The offices have not been in use since June, 11, 2018.
The plans state that the majority of the works will be carried out internally.
The form suggests that work does not need to be done in the surrounding area to improve access to the location and there are no requirements for additional car parking spaces.
The site is not at risk of flooding and the proposal does not involve the loss, gain or change of use of non-residential floorspace.
