Three-lorry crash causes M6 southbound traffic
A CRASH involving three lorries is causing delays on the M6 southbound this morning, Monday.
The crash occured shortly before 5.30am, with one of the lorries involved overturning and damaging a barrier within the smart motorway roadworks.
Lane one of three is closed between junction 18 and 17 while recovery work takes place.
Highways England advise that there are currently delays of around an hour leading up to the scene, and that queues could remain until late morning.
