Man charged with six offences after Holmes Chapel Road incident
POLICE have charged a 34-year-old man with six offences following an incident in Holmes Chapel Road on Friday, January 12.
John Anthony Smith, of Moss Drive, Middlewich, has been charged with dangerous driving, assault occasioning actual bodily harm, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, driving without insurance, driving without a license and making off without payment.
He will appear at Crewe Magistrates Court on Wednesday, February 14.
