Middlewich’s MP received an award at an Active Cheshire event.
On Thursday, July 27, Fiona Bruce MP attended Cranage Hall to celebrate female leaders, coaches, colleagues, volunteers and activators from Cheshire and Warrington.
Active Cheshire hosted the event to say thank you to inspirational females from all walks of life who were nominated for an award by friends, colleagues, pupils and patients.
Awards were given out for people who have encouraged residents to improve their individual fitness levels in their day to day lives.
Fiona said: “I was extremely surprised to receive an award myself as there are so many women in the room who have done so much more to encourage others to improve their health.
“It was a privilege as the local MP at the event to thank Active Cheshire and all those inspirational women.”
