AN auction to raise money for those affected by the Manchester attack takes place at the Lord Eldon pub this weekend, with a host of headline prizes.
Tatton Estate has offered the use of Stock Farm in Ashley for a wedding within the next 14 months, while four holidays are also on offer including to Dubai and Spain.
As well as a sparring session with Ricky Hatton, the former heavyweight boxing champion has offered a pair of signed gloves and a meet and greet for three people.
Another sure to catch the eye is a gallon of whiskey, while more than 100 other prizes have also been donated.
Steve Elstone, who initially pitched the idea, said: “People have been unbelievable. We have got some amazing things, and we are incredibly grateful.”
The auction takes place at the Lord Eldon this Sunday, June 4, where live music will also be on show.
Various meals, stays and experiences are among the prizes to be auctioned and raffled off from 3pm.
