GANDEYS Circus is back in town this weekend, featuring an array of international acts.

Nearly 30 award-winning artistes have come together, starting last night Thursday, through to Sunday, April 23 on The Heath, with nine shows lined up.

‘Rocket man’ Pablo Garcia and his wife will be performing in the 2,000-seater theatre, with Duo Bella of Cuba performing a unique hair-hanging ballet.

The Giant Wheel of Death also returns, as well as the Serik brothers from Kazakhstan.

The seven-strong Tangier Troupe from Morocco, Las Chicas Morales from Central America and the Emilia Sisters are also on the bill.

Royalle’s Showgirls will be complementing the acts with dance routines, under the watchful eye of moustachioed ringmaster Mr Binky Beaumont and clown Chico Rico.

Shows come to The Heath at 4.45pm and 7.30pm on Friday, and at 2pm, 5pm and 8pm on Saturday. Sunday wraps up with shows at noon and 3pm.

Tickets cost between £12 and £32 for adults, and between £8 and £22 for concessions, with a family ticket also available. The box office will be open on site every day between 9.30am and 8pm.
