FAB Festival organisers have introduced an extended area for a food court, bar and dedicated retail zone for high end products and services.

One of those is Wish Upon A Sparkle, who will expand into three booths this year, after they experienced the benefits of being part of the community event last year.

Clare Cherry, managing director at Wish Upon A Sparkle, said: “Being involved with such a successful and fun-filled festival had to become a bookmark in our calendar.

“FAB Festival has been a joy to participate in and has truly proven to be beneficial to our company.”

The bulk of FAB Festival traders will be concentrated in and around the marquees on the main site, Market Field.

Organisers would like to especially encourage more artisan food and crafts from the Cheshire/North West area to showcase their work.

Dave Thompson, event organiser at FAB Festival, said: “Each year, as the festival continues to evolve, we have to consider the site layout to ensure that safety comes first for everyone.

“We still want to include and support local charities and boat clubs and now they have the opportunity to promote themselves on the field alongside the canal.”
