A PUBLIC consultation on proposed changes to NHS services closes on Tuesday, January 17.

The NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) for South Cheshire, Vale Royal, Eastern Cheshire, West Cheshire and Wirral have come together to consult on services including cosmetic procedures, dermatology and fertility treatments.

Residents are asked to contribute their opinions in an online survey.

The CCGs ask whether or not they should continue to fund procedures such as breast reduction surgery, IVF treatments and ear wax removal in the current model.

Dr Sinead Clarke, clinical director for the South Cheshire and Vale Royal CCGs, said: β€œI'd like to thank everyone who has already taken part in the consultation, but we still have time to hear the views of the public and stakeholders.

β€œIt takes just a few minutes to complete our online consultation survey so we can capture as much feedback as possible.”

The consultation has been open since October and closes at midnight on January 17. Visit southcheshireccg.nhs.uk to take part.
