A NEW Thai restaurant set to open in the old Kinderton Arms building has applied for its premises licence.
Kin Arai? Thai owner Julian Leese has applied to Cheshire East Council for the ability to provide films, live music, recorded music, dance performances and the sale of alcohol in the Booth Lane restaurant.
The times requested on the application are noon to midnight each Monday to Thursday and Sunday, as well as noon to 1am on Fridays and Saturdays.
Julian is aiming to open the doors to Kin Arai? in January.
Any representation in relation to the application must be written by January 18 to ‘The Licensing Section, Cheshire East Borough Council, Municipal Buildings, Earle Street, Crewe, CW1 2BJ’.
