M6 crash near Middlewich adding to rush-hour delays
A CRASH between two cars on the M6 is causing long delays at rush-hour.
One lane - lane three - of the northbound carriageway is closed between junction 17 at Crewe and 18 at Middlewich, with delays of around 40 minutes stretching back to junction 16.
Queues are expected to remain throughout the Friday evening rush-hour period.
A collision involving 2 cars has blocked 1 lane #M6 N/B between J17 - J18. Traffic is moving slowly past the scene, please allow extra time
