A mum who is fundraising for her son to receive life changing cerebral palsy treatment is asking for help from Middlewich’s many event hosts.
Amy Baddeley, whose 12-year-old son Ben suffers from severe epilepsy and cerebral palsy, is originally from Wimboldsley and is pitching a fundraising idea to her hometown community.
She has acquired a brand new professional urn and more than 1000 cups and lids, with a view to selling hot drinks from a stall at various events.
At £1 per cup, Amy hopes to raise £1000 for Ben’s treatment, and asks anyone who can help to contact her at amybaddeley84@hotmail.com.
Amy says Ben has shown great signs of improvement and potential recently, and that doctors hope he can one day walk and live independently.
Ben’s campaign received national attention when he delivered a letter to David Cameron the former Prime Minister’s time in Downing Street.
