The Shell garage is holding two event days, where customers can win £50 of fuel
THE Shell garage in Holmes Chapel Road is holding a series of event days to boost the relationship between its staff and customers.
This Thursday, July 28, will be a ‘Lucky Pump Day’ with 12 customers picked at random to win £50 of Shell fuel vouchers.
Next Tuesday, August 2, all staff will be dressed as Victorian servants as part of a ‘Welcome to Shell day’ to help strip back customer service skills to the basics.
A double decker bus will provide food to customers from 9.30am, providing a chance for those behind the till to interact with the public as “people rather than a robot”.
