DIRECTOR of Early Learners Nursery in Middlewich has hit his target of raising £3,000 for a children’s charity after completing the London Marathon.
Hayden McCann, 30, completed the marathon on Sunday, April 24, which got him past his fundraising target for Children with Cancer UK.
Over the past few months Hayden has been traveling the England taking part in lots of different races to help the charity and achieved his target.
Hayden said: “Massive thank you to all my family, friends, the Early Learners team, parents and most of all the children who have supported this great cause.
“The day was amazing - Incredible experience. I’d like to thank everyone who sponsored me.”
The director of the Booth Lane nursery finished the race in 4 hours and 38 minutes.
