MID-CHESHIRE NFU held its annual dinner dance on Friday at Vale Royal Abbey, Northwich.
The black-tie event was attended by more than 120 farmers, who enjoyed a three-course meal.
The event was organised by group secretary Antony Wildman, and following the meal a presentation was made to Ian Gough, who retired recently after 39 years as group secretary.
The raffle collected for The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI), a welfare charity which helps to change lives for the better, raised more than £350.
Georgina Lamb from RABI gave a talk about the charity’s work in Cheshire.
