NEW ways of assessing people who may have a health issue are being explored by Cheshire East Council.

The council is holding a public consultation and is asking members of the public to have their say on proposed ideas.

Cheshire East Council has recognised that the current services which help tackle health issues such as smoking and obesity can be confusing to access.

The new idea is to introduce an ‘Integrated Wellness and Lifestyle Support System’ to give people in the borough more control over how they access services and greater choice over the services they access.
