THREE young schoolgirls will be getting most of their hair cut off at a salon in Middlewich to raise money and donate their long locks to the Little Princess Trust.
Ella Booth, 12, sister Keira, 10, and Hannah Burrows, 10, decided to get their long hair cut into short bob’s and donate their hair to the trust to be made into real hair wigs for children suffering from cancer.
Cheryl Booth, Ella and Keira’s mum, said: “We tried to talk them out of it because they’ve all got lovely long hair, but once they committed to it we got right behind them. We’re all very proud of them.
“Aspect One in Middlewich will be closing the shop to do it and we’re really grateful for their help.”
The trio will be getting their hair cut at Aspect One on Southway in Middlewich and have already raised just less than their £700 target.
The Little Princess Trust donates real hair wigs free of charge to children who are losing their hair through chemotherapy and tailor make them to each individual child’s needs.
