A FORMER nurse from Middlewich has launched a new care agency in the town which aims to put the care back into caring after she was made redundant from the NHS.

Tracy Ault, was let go from her job as a commissioning manager with the NHS in March 2013 after working in the profession for 27 years.

But despite the set-back, Tracy decided she wanted to inspire people and continue to help people in need through her own business venture, Spiritual Inspiration.

The business was launched in January 2014 and with almost a year now gone, Tracy’s business has grown from having two staff and one customer to now having 20 customers and 12 staff.

Spiritual Inspiration provides care for elderly people and people with learning difficulties or mental health problems, within their own homes.

Tracy said: “It may seem a bit of a cliché at times but I truly believe that from an early age I was put on the earth to help people.

“I suggested to my now senior care coordinator Sue that I’d like to start a care agency and she said that she already worked for one and would love to help me set it up.”

“We started with me and sue and one customer in Middlewich and now we have increased in size and have 20 customers and 12 staff.

“We have amazing feedback and are indeed inspiring people, not only our customers but staff as well, the majority of which have never worked in care before and absolutely love it.”

Tracy and her ever-growing team have now moved into their new home at the Middlewich Town Hall offices.

Tracy is always looking to expand her business and is on the lookout for new team members to help provide a new way of care in the area.

“We have an amazing incredibly caring staff team, I am so proud of each and every one of them who have all been on their own personal journeys they are fantastic and we need more brilliant staff with good hearts and a genuine drive to want to look after people.”
