THE Inland Waterways Association is giving away a two week boating holiday with Middlewich Narrowboats worth up to £1,700 in a raffle.
The Waterways Restoration raffle goes towards restoration projects all across the UK, including Middlewich, and entrants to the raffle are given the choice of which project they want to support.
One of the projects that entrants to the raffle can choose to support is the improvement of the Kings Lock area.
The raffle aims to raise £10,000 to support waterway restoration and development by donating 100 per cent of the profit to restoration projects run by IWA corporate members.
There will also be a second place prize of a one week boating holiday with The Wyvern Shipping, and a third place prize of a two night boating break for at least two people with Cambrian Cruisers.
