KENNETH CRESWELL BIRTWISTLE Joan and family would like to thank all those who attended Ken`s funeral and service of thanksgiving. Also for all the messages of sympathy and kind donations received towards the provision of a defibrillator to be located at Davenham Recreation Bowling Club. Special thanks to Dr Geoghegan, all at Firdale Medical Centre, Reverend John Stopford, St Mary`s Church Whitegate and Pope Funeral Services.
